Under no circumstances we can ever charge your PayPal account, however there may be cases in which you manually pay for an invoice and then a PayPal subscription you had setup would send us a payment for the same invoice.
By default the extra money is added to your account as Credit, which will be used to automatically pay future invoices.
Understandably you may not want the account Credit but a refund for the second transaction instead, in which case simply open a Support Ticket for our Billing Department and they will issue you the refund for the second transaction.
